PECFEST 2011(11th - 13th November 2011)
           
              

           

The PECFEST-2011 started on 11th November 2011 with inauguration by Dr.Manoj Datta, Director PEC University of Technology. Students took part in many mesmerizing events like Face painting, Pot painting, Sports quiz, Mini film fest. The most hustle bustle on campus was during the afternoon when the Treasure Hunt was underway. The Treasure Hunt made hundreds of treasure hunter’s scamper around the entire campus to find the hidden gold. The day ended with mega event Groovz and Glitterati.
The events of 2nd day were Crosswords – conventional debate, Jam sessions, Wordict-word puzzle, Spell bee, Rock Band competition. The evening started with the finals of The Apprentice, which was an entrepreneurship event, where the participants competed against each other in a series of rounds to prove their mettle. The day ended with a high intensity performance by Pakistani band – Raeth.
The events on 3rd day were Naach Meri Jaan where participants showcased their dance moves, Bhangra Theque- was a bhangra competition, Nukkad Natak, Eureka- a general knowledge based quiz. The day ended with a live performance of renowned Punjabi singer Gippy Grewal.
